QRacker is operated by Seaside Logic. These terms are an agreement between you and Seaside Logic, and by using this site you accept them. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

The service

QRacker generates static QR codes in your browser, free of charge and without an account. Codes you download are yours to use however you like. We may change or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you encode and for how you use the codes you create. You must not use the site for anything unlawful or misleading, including links intended to deceive the people who scan them.

Test every code before you print or publish it. Scanning depends on the size, contrast, and print quality of the finished code and on the scanner used, all of which are outside our control.

No warranty

The site and everything it produces are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that codes will scan in every setting.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seaside Logic is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of any code it generates, including codes that fail to scan or that are printed with incorrect content.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
